Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Committee Report
This report describes the work of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Committee. The ICT Committee was formed by the Agency of the Future project to examine how technology is being used by the settlement sector, what issues are being encountered, and what considerations should be taken into account in charting future ICT development. The report offers a number of recommendations to promote ICT use by the sector as well as offering support for a larger panCanadian survey of settlement service provider organizations. The Information and Communications Technology Committee was staffed by volunteers from the settlement sector and the P2P research initiative.
